1、檢查潤滑泵壓力是否在標準范圍，加油周期是否正常，儲油罐內(nèi)油液面是否在高低油位之間，少油則及時添加潤滑油。
2、請及時排除空壓機及空氣過濾中的積水，并保持空氣過濾油杯中的油量充足(油量占油杯2/3容積)。
3、檢查氣壓表，確認壓力在6kg/cm2+0.5kg/cm以內(nèi)。
4、檢查主軸內(nèi)錐孔空氣吹氣功能是否正常，并用擦拭棒擦拭主軸內(nèi)錐孔。
5、清潔刀柄、簡夾、刀具，并注意防銹處理。
6、檢查電子手輪和操作面板表面是否有油污和雜物，隨時確保表面清潔。
7、維持機器四周環(huán)境整潔，及時清理工作臺及導軌伸縮護罩周邊的鐵屑。
